Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay overall, enjoying the nice pool and the clean water, which I found to be among the best in Kathmandu. The BBQ dinner was good, although I felt some of the food was a bit overpriced. However, my experience with customer service varied greatly; while some staff were exceptional, others were disappointing, particularly during check-in and checkout. The hotel's peaceful atmosphere was a plus, but the inconsistency in service really impacted the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was a lovely experience surrounded by nature and tranquility. The extensive gardens and the peaceful ambiance made it a perfect retreat after a long month of mountaineering. The services were top-notch, adding to the overall value for money. However, the luxurious setting felt a bit overwhelming as we usually prefer more rustic accommodations.
I had a fantastic experience at this tranquil resort. The nature and atmosphere were remarkable, and the staff's warmth truly made my stay unforgettable. However, the service could use some improvement, especially during check-in and checkout processes. Overall, it's a lovely spot to recharge, surrounded by beautiful greenery.
My stay was overall peaceful and enjoyable, marked by the serene environment and top-notch hospitality. The hotel’s eco-friendly aspects and beautiful surroundings really stood out to me. However, I found some aspects lacking, like the dining experience which fell short due to extra charges for coffee during dinner, and the unpleasant smell near the garden area. Overall, it was a lovely place, although improvements could elevate the experience further.
Park Village Hotel offers a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu, with its vast park filled with trees, flowers, and the chance to unwind. The rooms are indeed clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful atmosphere, but the furniture feels a bit outdated. The dining experience is decent, though it lacks a bit of variety. Overall, it's a lovely spot for a short retreat, but some improvements, especially in the dining and room decor, would elevate the experience even more.
